FARM NOTES: This coffee comes from San Antonio, in the Inza de Cauca region, in southwestern Colombia. This lot was harvested at an altitude range of approximately 2000 meters above sea level. It is a wet processed coffee, most farmers use old style pulpers that are powered by hand cranks or small motors, then they ferment and wash the coffee in the same tank and finally dry it in covered drying rooms called "parabolic"
