FARM NOTES: Agricultores de Paraíso is a custom blend of coffees from several farms in the Nuevo Paraíso community of La Concordia, Chiapas. The average coffee farm size is roughly 2-3 hectares of coffee, altitude hovering right around 1550 meters above sea level on average. You still see a lot of older Typica planted on coffee farms, alongside Bourbon, Caturra, Catuaí, Marsellesa and more. We found this coffee checked off boxes for chocolate bittersweets, body and nutty roast tones.
